Throughout the rest of his life, he was able to keep his self-assurance and continued to have faith in the Lord.

His mother, Joan Woodburn; his sister, Tina Girton, who is married to Douglas; his brothers, Jackie Woodburn, Stacy Woodburn, Joseph Woodburn, and Jay Woodburn; and a large number of loving family members and friends with whom he was surrounded included Bryna and Aaron Woodburn; Nicholas Woodburn, who is married to Chesley; and his mother, Joan Woodburn. Garland and Irene McDonald, as well as his grandfather and grandmother, Elzy and Marcella Townsend, all passed away before he did. His grandfather and grandmother were both deceased.
Not only that, but his grandfather and grandmother, as well as his father, Jack Woodburn, as well as his uncles Roland Townsend and Forrest Townsend, all gone away before he did. His father, Jack Woodburn, as well as his uncles Roland Townsend and Forrest Townsend, as well as his grandparents, Elzy and Marcella Townsend, as well as Garland and Irene McDonald, all passed away before him.
