It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Michele Lynn Gregg-Medina, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend, who tragically passed away on April 6, 2025, in Saginaw, Michigan. Michele was just 45 years old when she left this world far too soon, leaving her family, friends, and community in mourning. Though her time on this earth was cut short, her legacy of love, kindness, and joy will continue to resonate with all who knew her. Michele’s spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to call her family or friend.

Michele was born on August 20, 1979, and was predeceased by her father, Larry Gregg, and her grandparents, Nancy and Charles Itoney. She is survived by her loving husband, Rudy F. Medina, her daughter, Bella Itoney, and her mother, Debra Gregg (Itoney). She is also mourned by her brothers, Matthew Itoney and Larry Gregg, as well as her niece, Lexi Little, along with many cousins, extended family members, and a wide circle of friends. Her passing has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of her loved ones, and they are now left to cherish the beautiful memories she created during her 45 years of life.

Those who knew Michele describe her as a loving, nurturing, and vibrant individual who brought warmth and light to every room she entered. Her infectious laughter, generous heart, and unwavering loyalty made her a cherished presence in the lives of her family and friends. Michele had a unique ability to make everyone feel welcome, loved, and supported, and her selflessness was evident in the countless ways she touched the lives of those around her. Whether it was lending a helping hand to someone in need, offering a comforting word during tough times, or simply sharing a joyful moment, Michele’s generosity knew no bounds.

Michele’s love for her family was the cornerstone of her life. She was a devoted wife to Rudy F. Medina, and their bond was one built on trust, respect, and deep affection. Together, they created a loving home filled with laughter, understanding, and unwavering support for one another. Michele’s relationship with her daughter, Bella, was one of unconditional love and dedication. As a mother, she was an unwavering source of guidance and strength, always putting her daughter’s needs above her own. Bella was the light of Michele’s life, and her mother’s love for her was boundless.

Michele’s deep connection with her mother, Debra Gregg (Itoney), was another testament to the strong family ties that defined her life. Michele and her mother shared a close relationship, one built on mutual respect, love, and an enduring bond that spanned a lifetime. Her brothers, Matthew Itoney and Larry Gregg, were also integral parts of her life, and the love and support they shared will continue to live on in their memories of Michele. Michele’s niece, Lexi Little, was a special part of her life as well, and their bond will always be cherished.

As a friend, Michele was the type of person who would always put others before herself. She was the first to offer a listening ear, the first to step up and help, and the first to offer her unconditional love. Her friends describe her as someone who had the rare ability to make everyone feel important and valued. She was known for her deep empathy and compassion, always offering a kind word or gesture to lift others up. Michele’s presence brought joy and comfort, and her loss has left an unfillable void in the lives of her friends and loved ones.

In addition to her family and friendships, Michele was a beloved member of her community. She had a passion for helping others and was always willing to give back in any way she could. Whether it was volunteering her time, donating to local causes, or simply being there for those in need, Michele’s spirit of service touched the lives of many. She made a lasting impact on the people around her, and her legacy of kindness and compassion will continue to inspire those who knew her.

As her family and friends grapple with the overwhelming grief of her passing, they are finding comfort in the memories of the incredible woman she was. Michele’s ability to love and care for others, her strength in the face of challenges, and her unwavering devotion to her family are qualities that will forever be etched in their hearts. In the face of this profound loss, Michele’s loved ones are coming together to celebrate her life, to honor her memory, and to support one another as they navigate this difficult time.

A visitation to honor Michele’s life will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors in Saginaw. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. During this time, family and friends will gather to reflect on the life of a woman who was a beacon of love, kindness, and generosity. Her family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Michele’s daughter, Bella Itoney, to help support her during this challenging time. These donations will help provide Bella with the resources she needs as she navigates life without her beloved mother.

As we remember Michele, we take solace in the many lives she touched and the love she so freely gave. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her, and her legacy of love and kindness will remain a guiding light for those who were fortunate enough to be a part of her journey. Michele’s passing has left an indescribable hole in the lives of her family and friends, but her spirit will continue to inspire us all to live with the same love, compassion, and generosity that she embodied every day of her life.

Though Michele is no longer with us in body, her soul will forever remain in the hearts of those she left behind. Her love, her laughter, and her unwavering support will continue to guide and comfort her family and friends in the days, months, and years to come. Michele’s memory will live on in the stories shared, the lessons learned, and the love that she so freely gave. Rest in peace, Michele. You will forever be in our hearts, and your spirit will continue to live on in the lives you touched.
