Michale John Allison Obituary – A tragic incident occurred in Boone County on Friday morning, resulting in the death of an individual who was struck by a train. The unfortunate incident took place near the 11000 block of Dixie Highway in Walton, shortly before 9 a.m.
Deputies from the Boone County Sheriff’s Office conducted a thorough search along the tracks and discovered the lifeless body of 35-year-old Michale John Allison, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Initial findings from the sheriff’s office indicate that Allison was walking on the tracks when a train approached, audibly signaling its presence, and tragically collided with him.
Following this distressing event, the Boone County Coroner’s Office promptly arrived at the scene and ordered an autopsy. The investigation into this incident is currently ongoing.
