Michael was born on September 17, 1939, to Theresa (Vegh) and Michael J. Bebech II in Sharon, PA. A high school graduate, Michael continued his education and became a certified machinist. He owned and operated Fairview Products in Brookfield, OH, where he dedicated himself to his work and community.
Marriage and Family
Michael married his beloved wife, Mary Josephine (Fedorko) Bebech, on June 17, 1960. They shared a loving partnership until Mary’s passing on August 20, 2022. Michael’s family was his pride and joy, and he cherished the time spent with his children and grandchildren.
Community Involvement and Hobbies
A member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church in Hermitage, PA, Michael actively participated in church events such as bingo and picnics. He was also involved with the Brookfield Optimist Club. Michael had a diverse range of interests, including playing the violin, reading history, and enjoying roasting and cooking on the spit.
Survivors and Predeceased
Michael is survived by his children, Chris (Mitch) Pipic, Nick (Terri) Bebech, Andy (Tammy) Bebech, and Michaelene (Dale) Ritz; and his grandchildren, Megan Ritz, Nathaniel (Danielle) Ritz, and Emilee Bebech. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Mary Josephine Bebech.
Visitation and Services
Friends may call on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the SHERMAN Funeral Home, 2201 Highland Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148. Committal services will follow at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, 2296 Longview Rd., Hermitage, PA, with Very Reverend Kevin E. Marks officiating. Burial will take place next to his wife in St. Michael Byzantine Cemetery.
