The driver of the GMC and one passenger in the Ford were pronounced dead at the scene. The deceased individuals have been identified as Michael Crutcher, 63, from Collierville, Tennessee, and Jaqua Blueitt, 30, from Byhalia, Mississippi. The two other victims were transported to Regional One Health in Memphis, Tennessee, where they are currently battling for their lives in critical condition.
