Marquia Hunter Obituary, Death; – A man is facing legal charges related to the fatal shooting of a woman in Dayton. Authorities responded to reports of a shooting on Sunday night at approximately 11:20 p.m. in the 4300 block of City View Terrace.
The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Marquia Hunter, as confirmed by the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office on Wednesday. According to a report from News Center 7 on Tuesday, Terrell Johnson, 45, was arrested in connection with the incident.
On Wednesday, Johnson was charged with two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault, one count of tampering with evidence, two felony counts for violating a protection order, and one misdemeanor count for the same violation, as per records from the Dayton Municipal Court.
He is currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail.
