Mark Holt Obituary, Death Cause – With a profound sense of both sorrow and hope in Christ Jesus our Lord, we come together to share the news of the funeral service for our dearly beloved Mark Holt. For 25 years, Mark was a devoted member of our church community, and his unwavering dedication extended to his role as treasurer for a decade. It is with this legacy of faith and service that we gather to honor his memory. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 27th, at the Amelia Baptist Church, commencing at 3:00 pm.
This service stands as a testament to the impact Mark had on our congregation and the lives he touched. As we mourn his passing, we also embrace the hope that comes from our faith in Christ, trusting that Mark now dwells in the presence of our King of Kings.
In lieu of flowers, we kindly invite those who wish to honor Mark’s memory to make contributions to the “Mark Holt Memorial Fund” at Amelia Baptist Church. These contributions will continue his legacy by supporting the place that meant so much to him and where he served with devotion.
Following the service, the family extends an invitation to stay and join them for dessert and coffee. This gathering offers an opportunity to reflect on Mark’s life, share memories, and offer support to one another during this time of loss.
