Mark Butler Obituary, Death; – The driver of the Jeep involved in a fatal wrong-way collision that claimed the life of Navasota Police Department’s Sergeant Mark Butler last Wednesday has been identified.
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) named the suspect as Kimberly Lannigan, 59, from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Butler, resulting in the tragic incident that led to both fatalities.
