Mr. Arian was a licensed attorney and a member of the Bar in both the State of New York and the District of Columbia. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University with magna cum laude honors and obtained his Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a two-time recipient of the Moe Berg Scholarship and the winner of the Thomas E. Dewey Prize. Additionally, he completed the Executive Education Program at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
