Lisa Marie Rytar Obituary, Death; – A man from Montreal has been charged with second-degree murder following the discovery of a woman’s body in the LaSalle borough of the city on Thursday. Tyrell Rytar, aged 21, appeared in court on Friday to respond to the charge.
Police reported that a 911 call was received around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, requesting a wellness check at a residence on Turley Street, close to Thierry Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of a woman exhibiting signs of violence.
The charge document identified the victim as Lisa Marie Rytar, stating that her death occurred on or around January 21. This incident marks the first homicide in Montreal for the year 2025.
