(PINPOINT WEATHER) — Monday starts the work week with a Capital M as cloudy skies and spotty showers stick around for most of today. Temperatures have fallen into the low 40s and mid to upper 30s as clouds roll in this Monday morning.
Winds are light out of the northeast but will be picking up throughout the day. Highs will make a run for the mid-50s Monday with cloudy skies and spotty showers rolling in mid-morning and again for the second half of Monday.


We’ll be cold tonight, dipping into the 30s ahead of some warm and sunny days this week. Tuesday will rebound into the mid-70s with sunshine dominating for the second day of the work week. We’ll see mid-70s locked in through Thursday and Friday with clouds increasing for the back half of the work week.


We’ll track a low-pressure system this weekend that will bring rain back to the Carolinas this weekend.
