Li-Qiang Hu Obituary – Li-Qiang Hu, a 42-year-old man from Lackawanna County, tragically lost his life on Tuesday evening while walking along a bustling street in Allentown. The city police reported that he succumbed to severe injuries sustained from being struck by a vehicle. Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio confirmed that the cause of death was accidental.
According to Allentown Police Capt. Kyle P. Pammer, the fatal incident occurred prior to 10 p.m. on Hamilton Boulevard’s 2000 block. Hu was promptly transported to a nearby medical facility, where he eventually passed away.
Law enforcement officials have disclosed that the driver involved in the collision is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation. The case is currently under scrutiny by the Allentown Police Department’s Traffic Reconstruction Unit, the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office, and the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.
