A homicide in Madison, Illinois is the subject of an ongoing investigation by the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis.
Levell Douglas, 37, was the victim who was found dead from gunshot wounds early on Saturday morning in the 1600 block of Fifth Street. The case has been assigned to sixteen investigators.
