Leo Burke Death:- Canadian retired professional wrestler Leo Burke has died. Léonce Cormier aka Leo Burke was announced dead today, Wednesday, the 24th of July 2024. He died at the age of 76. No cause of death was reported.

Leo Burke early life
Léonce Cormier (born June 29, 1948) was a Canadian retired professional wrestler, known for his extensive career both in Canada and internationally. Born in Dorchester, New Brunswick, he competed across Canada, several American promotions, and internationally for Puerto Rico’s World Wrestling Council (WWC) and the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) in New Zealand.
Career
Cormier spent most of his career in Canada, wrestling under the ring name Leo Burke, while in the United States, he competed as Tommy Martin. Throughout his career, he won 46 wrestling championships, including several tag team titles with his brothers, who were also professional wrestlers.
He had notable feuds with wrestlers such as Cuban Assassin and Bret Hart, both of whom he later teamed up with to win tag team championships. After retiring in 1992, Cormier trained many wrestlers for both World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
Cormier occasionally returns to the ring and has been honored by the Cauliflower Alley Club, a fraternal organization of professional wrestlers, and has been inducted into the Stampede Wrestling Hall of Fame.
