A memorial service will be held in his honor at the 1st Presbyterian Church, located across from Grimes Funeral Home in Kerrville, on Sunday, March 30th, at 2 p.m. Friends and loved ones are invited to come together to celebrate Leeland’s life and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him.
