Larry L Lewis Obituary, Death; – The passing of a man from Ohio is currently under investigation following a medical incident that occurred while he was sedated at a local dental clinic.
According to the Allen County Coroner’s Office, 62-year-old Larry L. Lewis experienced a cardiopulmonary arrest during a dental procedure on March 13. Dental staff attempted to revive Lewis until emergency responders arrived to take over the situation.
He was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital, where his condition deteriorated, leading to his transfer to a hospice facility. Officials reported that Lewis was declared deceased on March 26.
An autopsy has been conducted, but the determination of the cause and manner of death is still pending. The investigation into his death is being carried out by the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
