And so, our pubs remain open, as Larry wouldn’t have had it any other way. We need the community of the pub right now to gather and commemorate. Tomorrow our doors will open at 11:15 am, as our staff holds a moment to remember him at 11 am. Please give the Bradley family some time and understanding as they work through this difficult time. Sending all of our love to every one of you
Larry Bradley dedicated his free time to the task of bottling and labeling Guinness. When he wasn’t employed at a pub, he would frequently spend time there. Pubs served as a gathering place for people of all ages and families to enjoy food, drinks, and good conversation. This experience remained with Larry as he relocated to Canada in the early 1970s, carrying only $100 in his possession and having previously worked in other professions such as a farm hand and a barber.
