Lamont Street,Jermaine Proctor Obituary, – D.C. police have disclosed the identities of the two individuals who were fatally shot in a quadruple shooting near a daycare, resulting in injuries to a toddler on Thursday in Southeast. The victims have been identified as Lamont Street, 29, from Capitol Heights, Md., and Jermaine Proctor, 50, from Southeast.
At approximately 11:20 a.m., law enforcement officers responded to the sound of gunshots in the 2200 block of Alabama Avenue, Southeast. Upon arrival, four individuals were discovered with gunshot wounds. Street and Proctor succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
Authorities mentioned that another man and a 2-year-old girl were transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. As per MPD, investigators were informed that multiple individuals exited a vehicle and initiated gunfire. The young girl sustained injuries while out for a morning stroll with daycare staff, as per officials.
