Kyle Elizabeth Pearsall, a Texas A&M University (TAMU) student who died in a car accident before graduating, has been honored with a Silver Taps tribute.
Piersol was a student at TAMU’s College of Public Health and was set to graduate in December when she died in a car accident in March.
As a result of an accident that happened on March 9, the dream of a novice nurse ended. He was 22 years old.

A few months after his death, Kylee Pearsall received her final tribute Silver Taps Ceremony Held by the University. Other honorees include economics major Thomas R. Connolly, Industrial Distribution Chief Elshadai Bekele Getnet and Public Service and Administration Chief Kevin Lynn Palmer. The Silver Taps Award is the last tribute held for any Aegis enrolled in undergraduate or graduate courses at the time of their death.
Piersol’s family described him as passionate, genuine, a baseball fanatic and a huge bookworm.
He loved music, basketball, volleyball and his family.
