Kyle McCarthy,Paul Miller Obituary, Death; – Two individuals have been identified in connection with a road rage incident that occurred on Thursday afternoon.
The individuals involved are Kyle McCarthy, 31, from Southington, and Paul Miller, 24, from the Bronx, NY. Law enforcement officers were dispatched to the vicinity of Queen Street in response to an active road rage situation, during which McCarthy reportedly witnessed Miller discarding trash from his vehicle.
According to the police report, both parties engaged in throwing objects from their cars and exhibited erratic driving behavior while traveling from West Street to Queen Street. Authorities confirmed that no firearms were involved in the incident, and both vehicles incurred only minor damage.
McCarthy received an infraction for throwing an object from a motor vehicle. Miller was issued a misdemeanor summons for multiple offenses, including breach of peace, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, and reckless driving.
