Kerry’s journey in EMS began over 30 years ago when he discovered his calling to help those in need during their most critical moments. He quickly became known for his expertise, calm demeanor, and unwavering commitment to patient care. Over the years, Kerry rose through the ranks to become a medical supervisor at Southern Health EMS, where he played a pivotal role in training, mentoring, and leading his team.

Kerry is survived by his wife, Lisa Wilson; his children, Taylor Wilson (Jordan) and Mason Wilson; his parents, Robert and Joyce Wilson of Macon; his brothers, Mark Wilson and David Wilson; and many extended family members, colleagues, and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sarah Wilson.
A celebration of Kerry’s life will be held on September 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Macon, Georgia. The family will receive friends during a visitation period one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kerry’s memory to the National EMS Memorial Foundation or a local charity supporting first responders.
