Kelvin J Moore Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of a man who lost his life in a motor vehicle accident in Ouachita County on March 7, 2025. Kelvin J. Moore, a 52-year-old resident of Chidester, was involved in a single-vehicle crash on Arkansas 24 in the rural area of Ouachita County.
As per a preliminary report released by the Arkansas State Police on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, Moore was operating a 1994 Ford F-150 truck heading east on the highway at approximately 1:28 p.m. The vehicle veered off the right side of the road, re-entered, crossed the center line, and subsequently struck a tree on the west side of the roadway. The truck was consumed by flames.
