Justin Lawrence Allen Webb Obituary – The pedestrian who was fatally hit by the Heartland Flyer near SE 4th St. and Broadway Ave on Friday night has been identified by Moore Police. The deceased individual has been identified as Justin Lawrence Allen Webb, a 34-year-old resident of Warr Acres.
Sadly, Webb was found dead at the accident site. It is worth noting that there were no other reported injuries. The police are currently investigating the circumstances that led Webb to be on the tracks at the time of the accident.
