Justin Diego Blu Lopez Obituary – The deceased motorcyclist involved in a collision with an SUV on the Northwest side has been identified as Justin Diego Blu Lopez, a 30-year-old individual. The fatal crash occurred at approximately 9 p.m. on Saturday, prompting officers to respond to a motorcyclist down near the intersection of Babcock Road and Huebner Road.
According to the police at the scene, the motorcycle was heading south on Babcock Road when a white SUV was exiting the H-E-B parking lot. The SUV driver was making a left turn into the northbound lanes of Babcock when the collision took place.
The SUV driver informed the authorities that they had checked both directions but failed to see the motorcyclist. The male motorcyclist in his 30s was declared dead at the accident site. The investigation into the incident is ongoing. Law enforcement currently does not suspect intoxication to be a contributing factor and has not attributed blame to either party.
