Junisha Niclasse Obituary – A fatal shooting took place in North Miami Beach on Friday night, with a 20-year-old woman identified as the victim. The incident occurred near Northeast 22nd Avenue and 163rd Street around 8:20 p.m. At the Marathon gas station and McDonald’s located at that address, police discovered two victims.
Junisha Niclasse, who has now been identified, tragically lost her life, while another individual sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Fortunately, the surviving victim is currently in recovery following surgery, as reported by authorities on Saturday.
Exclusive surveillance footage obtained by NBC6 depicts one of the victims seated in front of the McDonald’s, with police and paramedics swiftly responding to provide assistance. Additionally, video footage from the scene reveals a black Mercedes with bullet holes and shattered glass within a cordoned-off area.
Witnesses informed NBC6 that they did not hear any gunshots in the parking lot. However, they did observe a man driving up to the gas station and urgently entering the McDonald’s, seeking help. As of now, the police have not disclosed the names of any suspects or a motive for the incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
