Joshua Lambert Obituary, Death; – The Portsmouth Police Department has confirmed the identity of the individual who lost their life in a tragic accident in Portsmouth, Ohio.
The victim, identified as 28-year-old Joshua Lambert from Portsmouth, succumbed to injuries sustained in a single-vehicle accident that occurred on Tuesday, February 11.
The incident took place on Gallia Street at the off ramp for State Route 335.
