Joshua J. Donaher Obituary – The individual discovered in the Two Rivers Harbor has been identified as 40-year-old Joshua J. Donaher, a resident of Two Rivers. Donaher’s body was found on Sunday by two fishermen at the junction of the East and West Twin Rivers.
According to Two Rivers Police Captain Andrew Raatz, both the police department and the Manitowoc County Coroner’s Office are actively conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Donaher’s death.
Although authorities assert that there is no perceived threat to the public, they are refraining from disclosing further details at this juncture. Moreover, there is currently no apparent evidence indicating any involvement of foul play in the incident.
