Jordan Sam Ayasra Obituary, Death; – A man is dead following a motorcycle crash that happened in southwest Austin.
According to the Austin Police Department (APD), that crash occurred between a motorcycle and a larger vehicle at around 7 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of S Capital of Texas Hwy on the northbound side.
The motorcycle rider, identified as 37-year-old Jordan Sam Ayasra, died at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was not injured, was not impaired, remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation. The incident is being investigated as Austin’s 18th fatal crash of 2025, resulting in 22 fatalities.
