John Ralston Death – Denman Island Fire Rescue is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our esteemed Administrative Officer, John Ralston. John fell ill and passed away quickly in the hospital, leaving a void that will be felt by all who knew him.
John’s selflessness and quiet competence had been pillars of strength for the fire department and the community for over 20 years. His dedication and unwavering support were instrumental in the smooth operation of our services and in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community members.
John will be greatly missed by his colleagues, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of service and commitment to Denman Island will be remembered and cherished. Our hearts go out to John’s family during this difficult time. We honor his memory and thank him for his decades of invaluable service.
