John Kaszowski Obituary, Man struck and killed on Interstate 84 identified

John Kaszowski Obituary,  – The Connecticut State Police are currently conducting an investigation following a fatal accident on Interstate 84 that resulted in the death of a Manchester man. The incident occurred on the Eastbound side of the highway near Exit 85 in Vernon. The victim, identified as John Kaszowski, 65, was struck by a 2010 Nissan Altima with a New York plate. The highway was temporarily closed for several hours but has since reopened. Authorities are asking for anyone with information or dash camera footage to come forward and assist with the investigation.
