Arellano-Maldonado, a 19-year-old woman from Alabama, passed away after a police pursuit resulted in her vehicle crashing at the same spot where her boyfriend had tragically died just days earlier, as per local law enforcement officials who spoke to AL.com.
Jennifer L. Arellano-Maldonado, 19, was pronounced dead at approximately 12:53 a.m. on Sunday after her 2019 BMW X5 swerved off the road and caught fire near the Riverside Baptist Church while attempting to escape from the police, AL.com detailed.

In a Facebook post, Riverside Fire and Rescue expressed, “Riverside Baptist Church has been a cornerstone in our small community for many years, and our thoughts and prayers are with them and the family of the deceased during this challenging time.” An investigation into both incidents is currently being conducted by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
