Jennefer L. Arellano-Maldonado Obituary – Alabama State Troopers have identified the deceased victim as Jennefer L. Arellano-Maldonado, a 19-year-old woman from Odenville. The fatal crash occurred at 12:53 a.m. on Depot Street near Lakeview Circle in Riverside, St. Clair County.
According to Senior Trooper Brandon Bailey, Arellano-Maldonado was trying to evade a Riverside police officer when the accident took place. The vehicle she was driving, a 2019 BMW X5, veered off the road, collided with a brick wall, and burst into flames. Arellano-Maldonado, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
