Javid K. Williams Obituary – A second individual has passed away as a result of the shooting incident that occurred on Bagnall Road last week. Norfolk Police were present in the 900 block of Bagnall Road at approximately 4:45 p.m. on June 20, 2024, when they heard gunshots in the vicinity. They discovered a 23-year-old man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the 800 block of Bagnall Road. He was promptly taken to the hospital for medical attention and was later discharged.
Shortly after, law enforcement officers found two more men with life-threatening gunshot wounds in the 700 block of Chapel Street. One of the individuals, identified as Javid K. Williams, 19, of Norfolk, was declared deceased at the scene due to the severity of his injuries. The other individual, later identified as Maurice Stowe, 29, of Norfolk, succumbed to his injuries in the hospital on June 25th.
