Jamie Freeman Cause of Death: It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jamie Freeman, a beloved resident of Wisconsin, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 42. Jamie’s sudden death has left her family, friends, and community in mourning for a woman known for her caring heart, strength, and generosity.
Born on March 2, 1982, in Madison, Wisconsin, Jamie was a kind soul with a passion for helping others. She had a long and successful career as a social worker, where she dedicated her life to improving the lives of children and families in her community. Her colleagues admired her for her professionalism, empathy, and unwavering commitment to her work. Jamie was always willing to go the extra mile for those in need, and her compassionate nature left a lasting impact on everyone she helped.
Jamie was also a devoted mother, daughter, and friend. She loved spending time with her family, particularly her two children, Chloe and Aiden, who were the center of her world. Whether it was cheering at soccer games, helping with homework, or planning family trips, Jamie’s presence was a source of joy and comfort to her loved ones. She had a love for nature, often enjoying hikes and weekend camping trips with her children, teaching them to appreciate the outdoors as she did.
Jamie is survived by her children, Chloe and Aiden Freeman; her parents, Robert and Linda Freeman of Madison; her brother, Jason Freeman; her nieces, nephews, and extended family, as well as many close friends and colleagues. Her passing has left an enormous void, but her love and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
A celebration of Jamie’s life will take place on September 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Madison, with a visitation on the evening of September 23 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
