Jakendrick Bass Obituary, Death; – A representative from the Jackson Police Department has confirmed that a 21-year-old individual was fatally shot on Wednesday evening at an apartment complex in Jackson.
Public Information Officer Tommie Brown reported that law enforcement officials arrived at the scene of the shooting at approximately 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Sunset Plaza Apartments, located in the 3500 block of Sunset Drive.
The victim has been identified as Jakendrick Bass, aged 21. According to police reports, Bass was discovered in the parking lot with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. No information regarding potential suspects has been disclosed.
