Issela was last seen around 1:00 a.m. near the 5800 block of E 22nd St North, close to the intersection of 21st and Woodlawn. Issela Lopez is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. At the time she was last seen, Issela was wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans.
Concerns for Issela’s safety are growing, with her family, friends, and the wider community coming together in the search for her.
