IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A man is facing 10 felony counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), according to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office.
On Oct. 10, 2024, the sheriff’s office received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) about a local resident owning CSAM. The investigation led to 37-year-old Shawn Philip Pulver, who lives near Amity Hill.
Authorities say a search warrant revealed multiple CSAM files on Pulver’s social media account on Kik.
On Friday, Dec. 27, Pulver was arrested, charged and booked into the Iredell County Detention Center. He has since been released on a $350,000 secured bond.
