33-year-old Tineca Sharnay Ikard of 1st Street SW in Hickory was arrested Tuesday (June 11) by Hickory Police Officers. She’s charged with possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of schedule I controlled substance. Ikard was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $5,000 bond. A District Court appearance is set for July 2.
