Hunter Sutherland Lantz Hecker Obituary, – The Portland man who was shot and killed on June 27 in the Mt. Scott-Arleta neighborhood in Southeast Portland has been identified by the police as Hunter Sutherland Lantz Hecker, 30, according to the state medical examiner.
