Howard Moore Missing; – Gallia County deputies are currently searching for an individual who has gone missing and is dealing with multiple medical conditions. The missing person, Howard Moore, an 86-year-old resident of Gallipolis, left his residence on Starcher Road around 11 a.m. on Saturday to take his dog for a walk. Unfortunately, Moore did not return home, and his dog came back alone.
The Gallia County Sheriff’s Office shared this information through a social media post. It was mentioned in the post that Moore has a medical history that includes experiencing strokes, fainting spells, and the onset of dementia.
