Gwendolyn Blake Obituary – A Monroe County woman died in a two-vehicle crash Monday morning. Monroe County Coroner Alan Gurley identified the victim as Gwendolyn Blake, 68, of Prairie. The crash happened shortly before 6:27 on Highway 45 Alternate at Strong Road in Prairie. She died at the scene of the crash, the coroner said. The driver of the second vehicle went to the hospital.
