Gerard Lopez Death – Yesterday, we received the heartbreaking news that Gerard Lopez, a beloved longtime tenant of seven years, passed away suddenly from a heart attack at the age of 52. Dennis and I were deeply saddened to hear of Gerard’s passing, especially as we recall the day we welcomed him into our unit. Despite facing challenges, including a recent divorce and credit difficulties, we trusted Gerard and welcomed him into our community.
