George Santi Obituary, – A fatal collision occurred on Route 41 in North Chicago early Sunday morning, resulting in the death of one driver and injuries to two others. The incident took place just south of Brompton Avenue around 2:14 a.m. when two vehicles collided head-on. The deceased driver, identified as 67-year-old George Santi of Highwood, was driving a Honda Pilot. The occupants of the other vehicle, a Honda Civic, were transported to Lake Forest Hospital in stable condition. The cause of the crash is currently being investigated by authorities.
