Gaylord Angst Obituary – The identity of the individual who passed away in a collision involving a Missoula County Sheriff’s Office deputy on Tuesday morning has been disclosed by authorities. According to Lake County Sheriff and Coroner Don Bell, the deceased individual is Gaylord Angst, an 81-year-old resident of Florence. The accident occurred shortly after 9:30 a.m. near mile marker 80 on Highway 93, south of Lolo.
In order to conduct an autopsy, Angst’s body was transported to the Montana State Crime Lab in Missoula. The Montana Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash, while the Lake County Sheriff’s Office has been requested to fulfill the role of the coroner.
