Gary R. Davis Obituary, – The deceased motorcyclist from the crash on Wednesday has been identified as Gary R. Davis, 85, from Brookville, by the Miami County Coroner’s Office. The incident took place at the intersection of S. Shiloh Road and Frederick-Garland Road on June 12. Deputies and medical personnel arrived at the scene around 4 p.m. after a collision between a motorcycle and a car.
According to deputies, Davis was traveling south on S. Shiloh Road and allegedly disregarded a stop sign, resulting in a collision with a vehicle traveling east on Frederick-Garland Road. Davis was pronounced dead at the scene, while the car driver was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities do not suspect the involvement of drugs or alcohol in the incident, and the Miami County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the crash.
