Franklin Eugene McMillin Obituary – The driver of a tow truck lost his life in the early hours of Wednesday after his vehicle collided with a house in Hueytown. The tragic incident occurred at approximately 3:20 a.m. on Forest Road. The deceased has been identified as Franklin Eugene McMillin, aged 56 and a resident of Hueytown.
Emergency services responded to the scene to discover that the tow truck, carrying a pickup truck, had veered off the road and crashed into the residence. McMillin was pronounced dead at the site of the accident, while fortunately, no occupants of the house sustained any injuries. An investigation into the crash is currently being conducted by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and Hueytown police.
