Ford is survived by his parents: Kelly & Phillip Aubert and Scott & Stephanie Hammontree; his sisters, Sloan and Drew Hammontree; and his step-siblings, Jasmine Stout, Gaston, and Isiah Aubert. He was deeply loved by his grandparents: Jim & Joan Opperman, Deb & Ron Girard, Robert Hammontree, Kim & Dave Bos, and Dave & Shelley Nuismer. He was also an adoring uncle to his nieces and nephew, Eden, Hazel, and Leon Stout. In addition, Ford is survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous close friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Ford had a magnetic personality and a kind, adventurous spirit that touched everyone around him. He had a passion for music, sports, and spending time with his loved ones. His friends and family will always remember his infectious laughter, his ability to bring people together, and his unwavering loyalty.
Ford’s family will receive visitors on Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home – Van Strien Creston Chapel, 1833 Plainfield Ave NE. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 11 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. He will be laid to rest at Fairplains Cemetery, where he will be remembered with love and honor.
