According to reports, a man has died from an apparent suicide at the Fort Phoenix State Reservation in MA located in the area of Green St, Fairhaven, MA.
According to reports, multiple officers responded to the scene of the incident where they located a male in his 20s suffering from a gunshot wound. The unidentified male was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. Preliminary investigations determined that the male died from a self-inflicted gunshot injury. A news report from WBSM says that a woman was located with blood on parts of her body standing next to an investigator on the scene.
According to the channel, the female was driven away from the scene by responding to Fairhaven Police officials. A portion of Fairhaven’s Fort Phoenix was shut down for investigations after officers respond to the scene.
