Emergency services from Natrona County Fire-EMS and Natrona County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched around 11 am yesterday to respond to an accident involving heavy equipment near the power plant on Kortes Road. Upon reaching the scene, Belvins was discovered deceased in the Canyon. The coroner’s office has informed Belvins’ next of kin, and the investigation remains ongoing.
