Ensley Lacosse Obituary, Death; – The Berkshire District Attorney’s office has identified a 4-year-old girl who tragically lost her life in a recent house fire in North Adams.
Ensley Lacosse died as a result of a fire that occurred in a duplex on West Shaft Road on Tuesday, March 11. Two individuals sustained serious injuries and were transported to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston for treatment.
The investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing, involving the North Adams Fire Department, the North Adams Police Department, State Police fire investigators from the State Fire Marshal’s office, and State Police assigned to the Berkshire District Attorney’s office. They are receiving support from the Code Compliance & Enforcement Unit of the Department of Fire Services.
